A PEB manufacturing facility with a 12-metre clear height and 30-metre clear span engineered for heavy machinery, fitted with 20-tonne EOT cranes on dual gantries and FM2-grade heavy-load flooring rated for forklift and rack loads. The plot is planned with segregated raw material and finished goods yards, a utility block housing compressors, transformers and effluent treatment, and a two-storey admin and QC office connected by a covered link. Fire hydrants, sprinklers, smoke vents and structured lightning protection meet Factories Act and NBC requirements end-to-end.

A mezzanine office, driver rest area, security gatehouse and 100 kVA solar rooftop complete a facility designed for 24/7 logistics operations.
