A three-block IT park master-planned for 7,000 seats, with column-free 20,000 sq.ft floor plates, dual incoming power feeds from independent substations, N+1 DG backup and a centralised chilled-water plant. A structured cabling backbone and risers sized for high-density tech fit-outs run through every floor, complemented by a campus-wide IBMS, smart access control and 100% CCTV coverage. Shared amenities include a food court, gym, creche, multi-faith room and an 800-seat auditorium, with landscaped courtyards linking the blocks.

A single-occupier engineering and R&D campus built across two interconnected blocks, with dedicated zones for hardware labs, prototype workshops, software floors and collaboration studios. The labs sit on vibration-isolated slabs with dedicated clean power, precision HVAC and gas lines, while the office floors use raised access flooring for flexible reconfiguration. The campus includes two cafeterias, a recreation block with indoor games and a gym, an outdoor amphitheatre and EV-ready parking — delivered to LEED Gold and WELL-aligned standards.
